Zhou's question 10.7

It says that Meyerson and Martin spent one year to finish those interviews with a wide range of OZCO employees. Even though those interviews were conducted away from OZCO, always in homes or public places, I mean, it's still within the same organization. I tihnk my question is:

Have Meyerson and Martin taken the factor that employees might have communication about those interviews between each other which would influence someone else who was going to take the interview into their consideration? Did they have ever worried that their communication may influence the validity of the results of the study?
