Reading through Burrell & Morgan's In Search of a Framework, I am amazed by the figure of two dimensions and four paradigms and how it will give us instructions when investigating into organizational cultures. But I have been puzzled by this figure at the same time. I think my questions this week are
1)Is this figure neatly devided between each other as it showed?
2)What will the "thing" be falling in the middle of the SUBJECTIVE and OBJECTIVE, and also the RADICAL CHANGE and REGULATION? Is this really demarcated so clear or there is some grey-area?
