Charles Redding (1985) gives great recommendations on page 254 which suggest that how we as instructors should expose students to real organizational world i.e how can we expose students to the total spectrum of the organizational world.
I liked his recommendation but also had a doubt. I think that the total spectrum perspective is an evolving process which also needs to have practical experience and training. We as instructors in classes can only give glimpse of the real world but the true learning can only happen from doing or facing the situations in the real world.
